The EU servers will come down for maintenance on 1st of April at 07:00 GMT (http://www.greenwichmeantime.com/). The downtime is scheduled to last 2 hours.

Apparently Funcom decided to change the date and did take the servers down on 31st March (today) 7 GMT time.
